NewsFlash! Student Union election results are in!
In Dylans today(Friday), the winners of all the positions were announced in a ceremony presided by former president Adam Hyland and the rest of the out-going executive body
A total of 995 students cast their votes this year, nearly 200 up on the previous elections.
Those who missed out on an executive position this year joined in with the winners for a celebratory pint.
The winners are as follows:
Full-time Positions
President: Fred Ruffle
Vice-President of Representation: Scott Bellamy
Vice-President of Communication: Adelaide Allen
Part-time Positions
Executive Officers: Emily Barnard
Laura King
Dan Matalon
Terri Humphreys
Lansdowne Campus Officer: Steven Driscoll
LGBT Officer: Andrew Moore
Post-Graduate Officer: Chris Nash
Students with Disabilities Officer: Kim Ward
Union Secretary: Jamie Fretwell
